Dimple Magnetic Drain Plugs , caution ⚠️

Posting as a Caution.

Purchased a drain plug from Eric @ Dimple back at the beginning of January. After waiting several weeks for the plug to arrive I followed up via email. Eric had become ill with Covid and was struggling with shipping orders. Promised shipping that week. After several follow up emails and attempts to call (voice mail full) with no response a dispute via PayPal was initiated and refunded.

While I hope that this is temporary for Dimple and Eric and wish him well and a positive recovery, just letting others know there is potential problem with orders.

I have had good luck with his products and services over the years until now.
