Coding DTC for 08 Z4M

Greetings to all!
I’m new to the forum but I’ve lurked around a bit lol. I’ll introduce myself a bit!
The name is Zeb. Long time BMW owner. Snagged a sweet Z4M roadster in Imola Red last year and I’ve been LOVING it!

I read a forum post some lads made about coding DTC into their z4m’s to allow for a similar driving experience to the MDM found in later generations. I find the traction control to be wayyyy to intrusive.
Supposedly I can code DTC onto my car.
There is a place on the dash for it but I cannot activate it unfortunately. It’s either traction is on or completely off.

I had MDM in my f80 and f97
( I know they’re much newer)
But I was hoping I’d be able to have some similar feature function to it.

Has anyone recently had any experience doing this for their cars?
