eas is proud to introduce the new Macht Schnell headers for your s54 equipped BMW.

Macht Schnell's Performance Headers for the S54 powerplant are a direct replacement for your restrictive OEM BMW headers. Inspired by BMW's own Motorsport CSL headers, the Macht Schnell Performance Headers are mandrel bent and precision welded for optimal flow and maximum horsepower gains.

Laser cut 3/8" thick single header flanges create a perect seal and prevent warping over time, while still allowing for stock header studs to be used. Matte black ceramic thermalcoating is performed on both interior and exterior surfaces, improving thermal efficiency of the headers. maintaining exhaust velocity, reduces heat radiation while preventing corrosion.

OEM 02 sensor and EGR bung locations are maintained while adding an additional bung for aftermarket wideband O2 sensor monitoring.

Compatible for both S54-equipped E46M3 Coupe/Convertible & Z3M/Z4M Models

nice product, a nice option to the CSL units but if you already have the csl headers, your wasting your money ;-)

i love the addition bung for wideband and the thermal coating..... i can see where the CSL inspiration came in ;-)

^every header will throw codes unless you get a tune to disable the sensors, or you relocate sensors to the mid sectionCATS.
