Plate just adjusts to different angles to allow more or less stretch. Heel drop. I then just hold weight or do single leg stuff to activate calves. Just like any other calf raise bar or platform except your forcing your heel down and actually touching.

I'm sure your calves are fine...but if necessary you could always resort to high heels.

Best developed calves I have typically seen all belonged to women who wore high heels all day.

I was always told that calves and flexed upper arms should be about the same in regards to perfect proportion.

If that's the case, I'm about 1.5" behind last time I measured them. Sadly they were slightly over 16.5 inches.

Yeah I've always heard that. My legs should also be as big as my waist right! My calves are 2 inches behind arms.

New front end. Went a little custom as the other needed replaced from the hit and run.

I think the larger ankles is related to too much soleus work it runs down much further than gastrocnemius.

That's a good looking front bumper and grill piece!

Picked up a 8000 series Bernzomatic torch to sear my proteins after I cook them with my sous vide immersion cooker. I've been using a screaming-hot cast iron pan to sear, but this gets wayyy hotter. Of course this means I had to also pick up some steaks to try it out! 🔥🥩😍
