No sound from rear speakers after amp replacement.

I recently had the issue where my trunk filled up with water and ruined my amp (2004, 3.0 with Top HIFI Carver DSP system). Luckily I was able to find an amp with the exact same part number and when I plugged it in the radio came on and I could hear. After a few minutes, I realized there is no sound at all coming from the subs or the smaller speakers above them in the rear of the far. When I fade to the rear all the sound turns off as well.

Any ideas on what could be going on? Is this is a coding problem?

Thanks

UPDATE: turns out the only speakers that are putting out any sound at all are the mids in the doors, so 8 of my ten speakers are making no noise. As always any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Very well could be coding.
I had the same issue with the top hifi amp.
Bought a brand new OEM amp and had to have it coded.
Radio turned on, no sound.
No idea why only your front mids are working.

In my case the amp is coded, but perhaps not correctly for my car. It is used and came off of another e85.

What do you mean 'coded'? I just picked up a 2003 that the radio comes on but there's no audio at all.

Which audio system do you have?

Not sure if all audio systems get an amp.

DSP system has an amp in the battery well that is notorious for getting fried by rain water from plugged softtop drains leaking and collecting in the well.
