Uh, yeah. Florida is home of the best AC units in the world though. House is never warmer than 72 degrees. And in the "winter" we'll just leave all the doors and windows open. That way it'll never get warmer than, well, 72 or so.

The trick to staying alive in FL is to not wear polar bear coats, boots, and fur lined caps. Most of the women stick with skirts, tank tops, sandals. That or just a bikini, sandals and a beer while lounging in the pool.

Also, I should let all applicants know about Naked Tuesdays and Thong Thursdays. It's this silly legal thing, no big deal. I just have to disclose that before approving any applications. Seriously though, no big deal, hardly worth mentioning.

Mr Tonka - It is absolutely HILARIOUS when I make my normal year end trek down to the sunshine state and all the 'Floridiots' are wearing their winter gear...

...and I'm in shorts and tee shirt - prepping for naked Tuesdays

This reminds me of one of my old roommates. Half asian, super genius (PhD), very organized, woke up ~4am every day to do dishes and clean before any of us were awake, folded blankets, occasionally cooked us meals. It was amazing.
I shared a bathroom with him for 2 years and never saw any of his stuff since he always carried it in and out.

Although, this personality type came with some 'quirks'.
