Hello Everyone
Hello, Just an old country boy ("boy" I wished) from Western Kentucky, USA.
My first Z4 and wished I had bought one 20 years ago. I've been a mechanic for 60 years and never realized how far ahead BMW's were compared to American made automobiles. I've been checking out the coding with NCS Expert at a basic level and have accomplished some successful results. Time to start digging a little deeper. Never to old to learn something new. |

My other sports cars were pony cars and a C6 Corvette, which was surprisingly comfy on the highway. The Z4 Coupe is not! I was expecting that, and it's not a DD, so no concern there. I did notice that there was a lot of "play" in the steering when changing lanes and going over bumps etc., which there was a lot of in Texas and OK. The prior owner said it tramlined, but to me it feels like something else. Might need to have someone else drive it to get a second opinion. Basically, it feels like a car you want to keep two hands on the wheel when going at highway speeds. |

Those M wheels look great! And they would look sweet on my 3.0si
Bicolor? Do you happen to know the style and diameter? Edit: never mind... these appear to be period M6/M5 style wheels. I like the look Quote:
