X3 radio head unit fits e85 z4???

Does anyone know will the x3 head unit fit with the z4 with nav???

They looks almost the same, only the control button different.

the unit itslef looks offset to the left, the stock nav unit in my car wasnt offset like this but i looks like it would fit.
