When it stated it a tribute car, is that actually assembled by Alpina or some owner took the time and effort to put this package together on their own to make it look like an Alpina car?

I conducted the complete transformation myself to look like an Alpina. Car was purchased from the original owner as a 100% stock Z4.

Nope, all original 3.0L. Just reproduced Alpina engine compartment as close as possible.
