It's not 100% guaranteed because there is not a specification about High or Professional DVD
But They say "BMW Navigation DVD 2009.1 with poi-factory red light and speed cams (poi-factory nov 5th). Removed some dumb POIs so it fits on a single layer DVD"
so it was a Double Layer before, that means it was the High DVD
I suspect it's the right one for the MK4

The worst thig that can happen is that your navi will tell you that you inserted the wrong DVD. No possible damage

Dunno...but if you come in Europe you can spot'em everywhere!

Remember that to see the speed cameras and controlled traffic lights on the map you have to activate 'em by searching them as POIs (you have to do it just once)

Just says "insert the correct disk" or something like that I haven't had a chance to compare the DVD folder tree to my OEM DVD but will do it this week.

I didn't do the upload personally, so if it is corrupted you can try with the torrent way...I'm sorry
Or if you need the European one you can subscribe to bmwpassion.com (wich is the forum where I come from) and ask by PM to Angelych the direct link
