Is there a way to get the that kit over here in EU? Would feel bad about $40 shipping cost for something that costs $15 in first place. I might try a hardware shop, I have no idea what the metrics you guys posted exactly mean and if the hardware shop will be able to find out (gonna have to try I guess).

Whether you buy a kit or source your own, be sure to measure each washer and group them so each set is approx. the same thickness.
This will ensure you have approx. the same setup offset for each set, both fore and aft sets and on each wheel. |

FYI if you're going to get coilovers at any point don't bother. With the drop from the coilovers I got less than -2 in the front without having to do anything (and this is at max height).

With KW Clubsport lower ride height and maximum camber setting , I am getting camber:
-3.5 front -2.5 rear I use that setting for daily driving and so far (35k street miles) have not experience significant un-even street tire wear. After a couple years of track events and moving into instructing and time trials, the front tires are still wearing significantly more on the outside so I am trying this kit http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-42...otorsport.aspx Just want to share that one washer adds about 0.5 camber. With two washers, I am now running at -4.5 front. Will report by May on tire wear and handling characteristic. Last edited by S2000; 03-27-2013 at 10:23 PM.. |

Setting about this job today. I have all the hardware, but i can't find the torque specs for the bolts. Any input on that?
EDIT: Looks like I found it. Torque spec for all 3 bolts is 81 Nm or ~60 ft-lbs. from: http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=441043

The Z4M has a 3 bolt design for the strut attachment to the spindle casting, same as the E36M3. The non-M Z4s have a socket/clamp type mount same as the E46 so there's no means to alter the geometry with spacers.

Thank you very much, that's clear...
I have to find another solution to add camber to my 3.0 si then... I heard about a solution with Z3M front top shock mount... it would be possible to mount the right one on left side, and left on right side... it's possible on Z3 and E36, but I don't manage to find if it is ok for Z4 too... |
