Sure, the dimensions are 62" x 20" x 5" and it weighs 6 pounds including the box and packaging material.

I can also build a 2 piece Mstache 2 for international buyers like yourself to drastically save on postage. I'll PM you about it.

You're welcome to organize a GB if you'd like. Shipping for five 2-piece lips in the same box is $237. Anymore and I'll have to use a larger box which will cost more in postage and defeats the purpose of saving money.

How would the assembly of the 2-piece lip work? Is it something that an amateur DIYer could do?

OK, so if we get say 10 orders it would work out cheaper to ship 2 boxes of 5, rather than 1 larger box of 10. I'll make sure any orders are in multiples of 5.

I appreciate you have a lot of orders already to fill and other commitments, but If I was to place an order within the next few days, do you have a rough idea of how long it could take before you can meet all current orders?

I'm not asking for you to commit to anything, just a rough idea so that I can let the guys who might be interested know that there will be a wait.

The 2-piece will be very simple to reconnect. You can use epoxy to glue it back into place, perhaps double sided-tape our even fill in the gap once it's glued for a one-piece look.

I'll provide pictures and more details when it's ready. Stay tuned.

It will be a few months before I can fill the orders. However, I won't ask for payment until they're ready to ship.

The dimensions of the box are limited by the carrier so that limits how many I can fit inside with proper packaging to keep it safe during transit. However, shipping the 2-piece lip through USPS will be very inexpensive even with just 5 per box.

Quick question about installation. What's the best/proven way to install the lip? I had the version 1 and used self-tapping screws. I kinda regretted creating holes under the bumper. I'm thinking about getting the v2. What people are using to install the lip? Would 3M tape work?

3M Automotive Double-Sided tape works extremely well. Great adhesion. It took me 30+ minutes to remove an Mstache that was held on with this tape. The lip was very secure. Best of all, any traces of remaining tape can be removed with adhesive remover so the install is 100% reversible (if additional holes were not drilled).

You can find it at your local autobody supply store, some chain parts stores and of course online.
