Thank you for all the hard work on pushing this forward! It's not often you see a new product being developed for an aging low production number car.

No worries and totally agree about this being an increasingly rare opportunity to get a new product for the S54. I'm really happy there were enough like minded people to get the numbers Karbonius needed to go this far.

I'm updating the EOI list, so I will add your name. As mentioned, this is not a commitment to buy, but the list is going to be handy to get in touch with people once (hopefully) we are ready to put in an order.

From their perspective, I'm not sure there would be much incentive. At the moment they can re-use the design and moulds they have for the CSL plenum and trumpets. If they had to redesign and make new moulds for the trumpets, the time and cost would go up. What would be your suggestion for changing the trumpets?

The idea with this design is to be able to keep the stock airbox and all fittings and not have to alter the tune. I think there are (or were) some companies that make a CSL-style intake with a MAF?

The prototype is now finished and Karbonius have provided new pictures. Fitment and sound to be tested next week.

What do you want to see on the inside? The earlier pictures I posted show the insides?

I was looking at the csl intake systems from other manufacturers. Many of them have increased the size of the trumpets for better flow. IIRC, cylinder 6 also has air inflow compare to other cylinders.
