Front Bumper Grid fallen apart :(

i noticed that there is gap between front bumper cover and the grid and i saw few tabs were bent. how do i fix them? the grid is loose and there is space between bumper cover and the grid. do i need to buy new front bumper cover or i have to replace the grid or the tabs?

fwiw i have a facelift si bumper for sale, and i'm local... pm me if your'e interested. it's currently sitting at a body shop waiting a bumper swap, so if you want it, we can work something out and i'll have them "recondition" it. let me know asap =)
