Snow, snow go AWAY...

Hey All,

So I know we have a lot of East Coasters here, I'd love to know how much snow you got from this storm.

I am in Hartford CT and got 22" of snow. Unbelievable. The snowblower did its job, and I had to help a few neighbors get snowed out. For the Northeast that is a lot of snow.

Any pictures and snow totals would be welcome.

The Z is sitting in the garage with fuel stabilizer, a car cover, and a batter tender. Oh how I long for Spring...

Chris

Aww, my friend in CT said they got at least 23" and texted me a photo this morning. I told her how it was going to be 70 in Santa Monica today.

I am from Berlin, about 15 south of Hartford. Not sure how many inches but my snow blower disappeared into the snow many times as i was clearing the driveway and sidewalk!
Cant wait for Spring! There are many newcomers from Connecticut and the Tri-States are

Even here in "sunny" California some parts of the state have weather where we can sympathize a bit. It's not nearly as bad but the weather simply sucks for driving. We don't have snow on the ground, but it's been 25 degrees here in the morning and high 30s during the day and icy...and when it's not icy it's been pouring buckets of rain (300% of average).

Tried to go for a drive a couple times over the holidays with my driving buddies and wife there was so much ice on the road each time we had to pack it in. We don't usually get weather this cold (no need usually for "winter tires") it's been cold enough that driving on Max Performance Summer tires is a really really bad idea.

I can't wait for spring to get here too....

DC only got around 2 or 3 inches, but we got dumped on last year, so I feel your pain.

Looks like CT got the brunt of this one.

On long island we got maybe 6", however we got hit worse on the 26th with over 20" of snow...there is still snow on ground from this one.

Thank god for a garage!

Welp, here in St. John's Newfoundland we are getting our first snow of the year. So far, we only have an inch or so down and it looks to be changing to rain right now.

Spring - we are one day closer!

We had around 2 feet in Danbury. Here are some shots from this morning when I got to work. Yesterday was a bear but today was fine.
