I believe you would need to buy the lower grill meshes as well. Aside from that, you should be able to utilize your old kidney grills, front emblem, and fog lights (if equipped). But just to be sure, I'd check with the dealer.

If i can get my hands on a scratched aero bumper i'd buy it and repaint

The aero bumper is referred to as the one you can order from an accessory catalogue at the dealer, availablie since '03. It's not the same as the ///M bumper that I installed. I'm pretty sure angelsz4 is referring to the former, unless I'm mistaken.
Regardless of which one you choose, you will need to buy extra grills (and reflectors/ducts for the ///M). In the end, it is totally worth it!
