Y'all, we moved again. Finally. To a place with a real garage and some space!



I am very excited to move this project forward again. It's been far too long. I have missed all y'all, the car, and the work.

(Yes, it drove onto the trailer and back off / into the garage all by itself)

I'll be moving again this year. Requirement #1 is a big garage. Living space is requirement #2. This is not going to be one of those projects that just dies and ends up incomplete on BaT or in an estate sale. Dammit.

Can't believe I wrote this, but I didn't forget it. Turns out I am going to make a liar of myself due to some extremely shitty news: my father died recently. He wasn't young, had a good life, and so far as these things go he had a good death, but I come by the car bug honestly. He built a really special (non-BMW, unfortunately) roadster that is more meaningful to me than the MC, and as y'all can see there isn't enough room in the garage for two cars and the bikes. So I'm heartbroken in multiple dimensions, one of which is that I am going to have to sell the Z4MC.

I'm hoping to get the harnesses installed, the dash at least shaped and attached to something, the wiring loomed, and dyno tuning done in the next couple of months, so that I can take it to _a_ track and drive it as intended at least once. Then... hopefully I can find it a good home with someone who will wring its neck in exchange for huge grins on a regular basis.
