I owned a white M coupe from 2009~2016, a M roadster from 2018~2021 and another white M coupe from 2021 until now. I loved how these cars drive, their great engines, analog M feel and always loved the looks! I have always compared the Z4M coupe and roadster as the poor-mans, affordable Porsche GT3 and speedster or the GT4 and Spyder. The coupe and roadster does drive quite differently and have different characteristics. The coupe is stiffer & sharper while the roadster is more compliant and exhilarating from the open top. Either way, both cars have fantastic hydraulic steering, 6 speed shifter and perhaps the best inline 6 motor ever made, the S54. The motor really likes to rev and provides a mechanical howl from the individual throttle bodies which exudes a charm that new cars just do not have anymore. I bought this coupe with around 79,000 miles on it December of 2020 from a gentlemen in San Jose, California and this car spent its entire life in Southern and Northern California. Clean title, title in hand, full, major services and wear & tear parts are up to date. I bought this car with the intention of keeping it long term so a lot of preventive maintenance has been done. Rod bearing, valve adjustment, vanos check, seals, gaskets, radiator, pulleys, mounts (see service log), all done. There is also the owners manual, both keys, original window sticker and a binder of all service records between previous owners. As you can see, more than $5,000 of important S54 related preventive maintenance was all done! The car just had its smog & registration done 2 weeks ago and its last oil change at 83,925 miles. The car is tight, turn-key and ready to go. Even though I would love to keep it, I believe I should allow someone else to have the pleasure of driving and owning this car. This is the last, analog, M car BMW has made, in my opinion. It is also time to move onto some P Cars! Please see the Google Drive link below for more pics + info. 1. Images of the vehicle 2.
