Hardtop slightly raises then stops?

My hardtop will attempt to open by lifting a few inches then stops and gives the blinking red light on the console, with no error codes.

I've double checked the storage compartment to ensure it is steady.

See pic. Anyone else experience this?

lol I was so confused until I scrolled WAYYY to the side to see that its not an E85
