Wires under passanger seat

Hey, just wondering what the wires are under my passenger seat? One of them is actually a plug, like that would go into an electrical outlet? Is this for something aftermarket that might have been installed? Or something that is pre-wired?

Just wondering what this is for and if I can take advantage any way in it?

These used for the IPOD integration from Dice? Or a CD changer?

I have some wires that look like pre-wiring for heated seats (which I don't have) but since you already have that option and I am assuming power seats as well, can't think of anything else down there. The CD changer wiring is in the trunk. Dice is attached either in the trunk or to the back of the radio so it's not either of those.
