Navigation MKIV question: How to select intersection?

I have the MKIV DVD Navigation in my Z4.
As far as inputting an address, I'm only able to input Country/State/City/Intersection.

I can't seem to input a house # / direct address.

Help?

Odd. The MkIV NAV in my '06 M Coupe has four entry parameters.

State/Province
City/Zip Code
Street
No./Intersection

The house number is entered under the No./Intersection field. I'm using the V32 release with 2008 maps. Which version of the NAV software and maps are you running? Any chance someone has screwed with it and changed the region or voice, etc?

yeah I found it weird too. running v32 and 2007 maps. I get teh same parameters but when I enter No/Intersection, it only allows me to enter intersection (highlighted white) and i don't seem to know where to enter No. (house #)

if I try to enter house number, ie: 40-01, it automatically brings up 40th street, 40th avenue, etc.

bmw nav sucks..:T

ok figured it out. if i search for an address in a major city such as Manhattan, I can choose a house number. however, if I select Queens or some other not so known borough, I can't choose a house number and only intersection.
I'm running 2007 maps and v.32 firmware. I think it's just Navteq maps that suck. Waaaaack.

And how lame is it that you can't search for a Point of Interest by name?
