I can't tell, are the tips staggered or straight across? Any pictures looking down from the hatch?

Let's wait for Zeddy to speak to Scott at Stromung to see when they can start producing these.

guys, i'm not trying to be a skeptic or anything, but im a businessman. so i think with a businessman mentality. you know what the going rate on exhausts are for this car. Stromung knows what the going rate for exhausts are on this car. They could easily charge 800 or 900 and the same people who are going to buy it for 600 will still buy it because its still so much cheaper then the competitors.

I just want to know the material used to construct the exhaust. will it stand the test of time?

I also have never heard of Stromung. What is there experience in the business?

I am not trying to take anything away from them. I just want more info and i think all of you should before you spend any $$$ on a mod to your beloved car.

i do think the tips look nice tho. wish they were a lil bigger and possibly more staggered :P

I completely understand your concern and I too am curious as to what type of material is being used for the exhaust.

As far as Stromung's reputation, I'm not sure how long they've been around but I do know that they've been making exhausts for Subaru STi's as well as e36 m3's for a while now.

Let's wait for Zeddy to give us some more info.

I too wish the tips were of a bigger diameter - this is the biggest prerequisite for me. I think I'm going to wait for the fast intentions - perfect size tips, and seems to be a little louder.

In all honesty I don't know why everyone wants a deep exhaust note - if you want deep get a v8. I want my car to scream - ever heard the loaded M3 in europe that ran a 7:27 on the ring? That car SCREAMS!!! I wish my car sounded like that...

I did some digging and it seems they are legit and have a very good rep.
I am leaving for Germany for a couple weeks but should be able to check my email.
Please let me know if the deal goes through and I will take the needed actions

Whats up guys!! Alot of development in the past couple days... First of all, it is 304 Stainless, very top quality... Scott has been producing exhaust systems for over 15 years. Even back in the early 90's when I was in H.S., kids were putting Stromung Exhausts on their JDM cars... As for the tips? You just have to see them, very thick, perfect size, not too big... not too small... and staggered just like the stock tips..

Just spoke with Scott about the group buy... Can everyone PM me your NAME, PHONE NUMBER... I will create a spreadsheet and email it to Scott.

BTW, Price seems too good to be true? What is a fair price? $2500? $1000? Should Stromung follow a trend b/c everyone else charges for that much? Stromung truly has a passion for quality products and it shows when it takes nearly all day to get the fitment done to the Millimeter... I think $619 is an AWESOME price.... any which way you look at it...

If any of you guys in the SOCAL area want to see and hear the exhaust ... let me know... PM me. I will also be at "Z-FEST" June 8.

I will be waiting for the PM's, so we can get the order in ASAP... TKS guys!!!
