Front Valence damage

I have a 2004 E85 with a sport package. My understanding is that the sport package sits lower than without. I bought the car without the grill in the front valence, but added it my self with silicone as the tabs were all broken. The front of the car sits very low and I do not know if the suspension has sagged over time or if it just sits this low. I have seen splitters that will cover the scraped and disfigured valence and I like the way they look, but seems like I will be back in the same place I am now as this car rubs very easily pulling in to parking lots. I want my grill back in, any suggestions how to attach it or what I could do with this front end?

The Z4 is seriously short. I do not pull all the way into any parking spot. You can park three feet away form a parking block and be completely in the spot. I tend to back in to spots so I do not hit the front end on the parking block.
