Sorry for the lack of involvement on this but I think I'm home now for the next couple months so lets pick this up and nail down a date in June. I know there are a few events in June, Trillium is the second weekend which I'll be at. I don't know if TED FEST is happening this year or not but I think it was typically in July/August. Anyways, If you know any others please post them up and I'll start a poll for the dates in the next day or so.

OK poll added...... Please vote for all the days that can work for you and we'll cruise on the one that works for the most people. Please remember when voting once your vote is cast you CAN NOT change it.
I was thinking about routes, do you guys want to the the reverse of the Niagara run we did last year with some modifications, do Creemore or do a new Muskoka run? Any and all suggestions welcome.

Oh, I forgot to mention I would vote for creemore or muskoka for a drive over Niagara.
Quite excited to see a few more of these cars in one place. Thanks for organizing. |

OK looks like it's between 3 days, 4th,23rd,24th and since @[ShawnPaul] mentioned (contact:383032) that his votes didn't register for anything later that adds another vote to 23rd and 24th, so as of now lets set it for that weekend. For any that have not voted please cast you vote for one of these 2 days.
Sunday June 4 7 Saturday June 23 8 Sunday June 24 8 I haven't decided on a route but if we do the Muskoka run what would you guys think of lunch at Moon River Lookout Restaurant in Bala or Turtle Jack's in Port Carling? I'm not familiar with this location so if anyone has any inputs on routs that be great.

Hey Adam
I'm hoping to make this turnout For Muskoka I'm very familiar. My Lunch input is Waters Edge at Lake Joe club (On water) just off Peninsula road or Crossroads in Rosseau or The Boathouse at Clevelands house Turtle jacks would be ok but the parking could be dicy if its a busy day in Port carling. It's a good spot tho G |

If it's a choice between turtle jacks and an independent spot on the water, I go with the spot on the water. More interesting to check out a spot we can't get in our home cities.
I might also vote on a Saturday, as I might use it as an excuse to stay overnight in muskoka with the wife after we cruise up, and just skip the drive home with the group. Sounds lame I know, but if I get out of parenting for a day I try to maximize the experience. I'm just one vote though, and if it's Sunday I would still come just the same and would be there for the cruise up and back. |

One thing to consider...
If going on a Sunday, we could be stuck in cottage traffic coming home.

I Agree. Sunday traffic leaving Muskoka anytime after 3PM will be bad on the 400
If you do Creemore there are other options driving south Btw Turtle Jacks is on the water as well. Just the parking isn't always Ideal Apparently they're calling for rain this weekend if that factors in |

OK Let's set the date as Saturday June 23. I think maybe a Muskoka run might be nice but this would be a full day event. not sure you guys want to to breakfast somewhere or just meet up somewhere in Barrie for 10am? Anyways all ideas are welcome....... what about lunch at the JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa, I know there's lots of parking.

My Route OP
Crossroads in Rosseau is a Better Lunch option
Or Windermere House. I'll bounce my Route opinion off you Adam. I might be able to drive the route next week and check on the road health after the long winter Barrie Breaky then pass by Bass Lake Lodge follow South end of Peninsula road take it north past Rosseau to Huntsvile then loop back to windermere Lunch back to port carling then to bala Muskoka rd 38 through the indian reserve to 400 extension FIN south home I've driven these roads many times Never all at once and never in my Z |

Is the cruise lowered car friendly? Also, a couple of buddies would love to join. One would like to practice his photography/videography with his wife (drives a Lexus is350), the other is a maybe (BMW 650i).
