e85 top replaced under warranty

I was wondering if anyone here has had their top replaced under warranty? Mine has horrible creases and rub marks with only 40k on the odo. Please post if you have any experience wit this. Thanks, Dudley

Had a Z3 3.0i. Factory rep OK'd the top replacement after about 40k miles.

i wish i can get my top replaced under warranty but theres only 1 year and 4 month warranty left and i only have 13k miles on the clock lol

And I thought I don't drive mine enough. I also have 1 year 4 months left on my warranty (built on April 30, 2006), and the car just barely got past 16K miles.

Thanks for the reply, would you mind PMing the specifics? I am getting the run around with the dealership and my top looks really bad. It has huge random creases and spots on it and the field rep says it looks normal. I took the service manager over to their used lot to look at comparable cars and it was a joke, the difference was night and day. Anyhow I have a meeting with the field rep tomorrow to try and get it replaced as my warranty is nearly out.
If you have a PUMA case number or invoice number it would be a great help.
