Oil pressure/water temp

Having the oil temp on the instrument cluster great but I keep wanting to have the oil pressure and water temp.
Has anyone found a discrete location for a dual gauge?
I'm sure the ECU has that information I just have to figure a way to tap into it. I need to find a pin out diagram of the ECU harness plug and then feed it to a small digital display that I could hide in the ashtray or somewhere.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ebay has some 3D printed gauge pods that fit the ashtray. Here's one.

I think I might be able to mount them side by side on the button panel behind the ashtray.
