STROMUNG Exhuast for Z4M's

I like the exhaust and love the price obviously...so i am in on this GB as well.

My only complaint is that the tips are a bit too small for me to be 100 percent happy. I guess there is no way to have larger tips at this point....but if they were about 80mm, i'd be fully in love.

Any way to make that happen still???

It'd be nice to get some before and after dyno slips.

Also, a picture of the car from the rear would be nice. I know there is one in the beginning of the thread, but the angle is too close and low to really get a feel for what the exhaust looks like on the car. Basically, I want to know how the car will look to the driver behind me on the road.

Can you get us some dynos and some more pics?

Met up Zeddy4Me last night with RicerX1, have to say, the exhaust is very nice, and for the price, you can't beat it.

in re: to dyno, cmon, seriously, they're mufflers... I just like the fact that the car sounds like IT SHOULD.

but of course, if there are any power gains, that's just icing on the cake, but definitely not expected.

I am in.

If someone does not beat me too it, I will weigh both the stock mufflers and the Stromung mufflers (when i get mine of course) to see if there is any weight loss. I will post results here.

guys, the size of the exhaust tips are perfect, IMO. Scott measured the tips from every which angle... and made the size of the tips in proportion to the rear... I mean, some of these JDM guys and their HUGE tips... wouldn't seem right on the M Coupe/Roadster... All I'm trying to say is that you wouldn't feel disappointed after the exhaust is on your car...

As for the group buy, I am submitting the final tally to Scott tommorrow... Everyone expect a phone call very soon...

The exhaust's are NOT ready as they need to be built. Please be patient.... you will enjoy the Stromung... soon, very soon...

According to him, ETA of getting the exhaust should be around 3-4 weeks...

If it makes you guys feel any better about the wait, my Supersprint exhaust is coming from Italy and will likely take as long as the group buy...maybe longer. Glad to hear you guys are getting a great exhaust for a great price. Cheers!
