SC Bayside Meet
A good time was had. Rosie is a doll and a great personality. Ward is a great guy and Bluesharp is just a pleasure to talk to. It was really fun meeting the three of them and I hope to participate in more meets soon.
That's Rosie, Ward, and Bluesharp Rosie's Blackish Beauty. Dang, that car is hard to photograph. Ward and Bluesharp keeping each other company. Ward has the extreme guts and left his top down the entire time.

Yesterday was a great day, sun all day at the beach (moderately rare in Aptos) slight breeze and 100' from the beach.

Yeppers...I'm down south in the warm weather ...I heard it was a little chilly up there (well, chilly from a SoCal native's perspective...lol). There's been some talk about arranging a meet between the SoCal and NoCal Z's. Also some talk of meeting up in Reno (ala Vroomer) but that's some major time and mile commitment on part of the SoCal group.
Dear Fearless Leader (IMZ4N ), Can we plan a meet to bring us together this summer? Can we, can we....huh huh??? I'm happy to translate into a flyer for both . It's time we finally meet these great folks from the north! What do ya say? Vegas or therabouts anyone? |

Looks like a great time you all are having except Yal.
Yal. No car pic and you managed to not have yourself in the group pic. What up with that? Have a waiter take a pic, Rookie! Quote:
We just need to pick a spot. I get up at the crack of dawn every day. Lets have some thoughts of where to meet. NoCal meets SoCal sounds good to me. I'm game if the timming can be worked out. Cannonball is in Vegas Aug 2-3, A Thursday and back to Willow Springs on Friday. I'm hearing something about Reno, when is that?

My car wasn't in a good spot for photos, so I kind of excluded it. I'll run down there on the way to work and get a good shot.
I'm never particularly happy to be photographed. The guy in the back is actually me. The waitress with the clear bra (well straps at least) took the picture. The rest of the group didn't want me sitting with them.

Sounds like a good group of people . They say a pic is worth a thousand words. What really makes it good is the way you tell it .

Why you son of a... You DO know I JUST moved from PASO ROBLES on May 21st. AND I organized a 2 day SLO Z RALLY over Vets day weekend in that area. AND I gave each driver nice long sleeve T shirt. AND the NORCAL crowd CHICKENED OUT AND the SoCal Crowd made a STRONG 2nd day showing (4 Z4s the 2nd day) AND we had a tour and lunch at the Justin Winery ....
