Z4 M Coupe and E46 M3 at the Hawks Nest!

My buddy Dan (Viper7180) and I decided yesterday to take the cars out to the Hawks Nest and snap some pics. Even though we went late in the day on Sunday there was still a TON of bikes and cars on the road. We tried our best to time the traffic but it was hard. Besides a breif encouter with the Port Jervis law enforcement it went pretty well. Here are the fruits of our labor!

It took me awhile to make the switch from black but now that I have I am totally in love with the gold!

Yeah I keep bugging him to get suspension but he has held strong to my nagging and said he wanted to learn the car on the track this year on the stock suspension. Then make the move to something more serious.

Loving the Gold/bronze rims. I had those on my last car that was black and it was the sex. I'm thinking that they would look nice on my shiny new red Z as well.

Awesome pics!

How did you get just your halos on in some of those pics? I didnt know they could be lit out without the amber underneath lit as well.

daytime running lights activated. by default it's disabled, so u'd have to get ur dealer or an indie with a bmw computer to reprogram the bc settings. the drl's light only the inner rings and will be switched on with the light switch in the 'auto' setting.

Guys relax! I knew this shot was going to cause the safety police to get there panties in a bunch. We are not racing down the road in that shot.... We are going about 5mph and had a spotter to give us the all clear that the road was clear of on coming traffic. She was the one taking pics up the road and when the road clear she gave us the thumbs up that everything was clear and he could slide over to get that shot. Infact most if not all of these pics we are going about 5-10mph... it just looks like we are going fast

Its just outside Port Jervis... not sure if that is Montgomery or not. Tons of great roads in that area!

It really was alot of fun! When Mr. Law saw us we were heading down this road that goes to now where. There is this old abandon resturant at the top of a mountain that has the most amazing road going it that comes to a dead end. I think somebody most have called the cops thinking we were going up there to do drugs or something so he came to poke around. Well on the way back down the mountain I decide to take one corner fast and of course when I come round the bend there he is! I was outta there before he could do the 6 point turn to turn around.

No that is me. I like in the summer to drive bare foot and feel the little rubber nubs on my ultimate pedals. It is the best massage ever for my feet! So I just take the flip flops off ad toss them behind the passenger seat.
