Found 2 small leaks from the engine
Found a leak coming from the big plug from underneath the engine.
Tried to look for a part number but couldn't find it on realoem. Anyone know if I can take it out, and inspect during the next oil change or what size it is? Or a part number etc And also from the back passenger side corner of the valve cover. This leak started after I had my valves adjusted by Kaiv. I went back and checked that all the bolts were torqued down to 7lb/ft. Any else I can do? Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure the leak on the passenger side is from the valve cover gasket. I have the same leak after "Kaiv" did my valve adjustment last year...still have the minor leak. My next valve adjustment is due in approximately 15K, so I'll wait until then to replace it with the OE gasket next time. Other than having the gasket replaced, I'm not sure there's much else you can do. We need to tell "Kaiv" to stop using those gaskets!

Thats the oil pan inspection plug. Its there so that you can remove it and snake in one of those camera probes if need be.
I had the same leak when I got my car. Drain the oil, remove plug, clean off, reinstall and torque. Unless its cracked or something (seems extremely unlikely) the problem should just be that its loose. I wouldn't wait around to take care of it. When its loose, the engine vibration could cause it to back out the rest of the way, leading to no oil and a catastrophic failure. |

Back side passenger corner might be CPV - constant pressure valve - oil can leak from there and wick up. I have the same leak. Supposedly very common on S54.
