Yes they had always vibrate.

Also, the lenses are so small you won't see anything

That's so sad to hear

I was watching some F1 videos earlier, and their mirrors are just as small if not smaller, and they are so stable, no vibrate at all..

They have carbon fiber stalks, and they probably spent over $100k in R&D to get the shape of the stalks and the lay-up of the weave just right.

I just took a look at the APRs on their web site.
Looks like there may be a lot of flex in the panel that mounts them to the car.

^ would love to know that as well.
Ideal pieces to be done in composite. Reducing mass at both extremities would be fantastic!

my thought on the similarity between the weights of the e85 and the e86 is that the diagram for the e85 is so terrible there *must* be detail missing that would provide a hint as to why it is nearly as heavy as the coupe.

Yeah its NOT 38 Lbs... NO WAY!!

No its steel. weighed mine today, its 9 KGS. (mine was 9.0, as it had been painted black) so total weight loss is 7KGS. plus or minus a few grams. Still a pretty darn good weight savings for up top.

White dot = fridge magnet.. def steel
