Anything else i should do while ccv

I have a whistling noise, uneven idle 700-850, about once a week rough idle to the point she almost dies, and twice a week a low buzzing sound from the exhaust. From my research it seems to be the ccv/ crankcase ventilation valve.

I have already replaced the throttle body boot( there was a crack in the small elbow), cleaned the icv, since i was close to the disa valve I rebuilt the plastic flap with an Aftermarket metal flap to avoid any future breaking of the plastic flap and destroying the engine, I have cleaned the vanos, i have replaced spark plugs, ran fuel cleaner through gas tank twice.

Do you have any other suggestions on what to do since I ll be fist deep in this on Saturday? Since i ll have the throttle body off I will clean it... any other hoses or anything i should keep my eyes open for while doing this?
