We would love to start the group buy but we have not gotten a quote on shipping (shipping box hasn't arrived) before the factory shut down. So it's not appropriate for us to start the group buy for participant to guage the total cost.

There were 5 sets that were produced before the shut down so essentially, they will be shipped right away when payment is completed.

We have other parts that's ready to go and I'll create another interest thread about it.

I’ve had a set laying on my toolbox for a few months now. They’re not great, but could be made to work. IIRC they didn’t clear the mud flap area on mine and will need a trim. They already have cutouts for the jack points, don’t remember how accurate they are. Skirts are flat and thin. The rubber lip on the outer edge is low quality and kinks around the bends. I left a heavy book on them for weeks and that helped.

I have these and while they work and look good, I don't think they're worth the price (VERY thin, poor QA) and fitment wasn't great. On the upside while not nearly as good quality, they match the look of my APR front splitter and anybody that isn't me looking at my car would think they were a set.

Do you have front mud flaps? I don't think this will clear the front mud flaps either, unless I had missed that there was an option?

Hey guys,

The manufacturer is schedule to start making this set next week. We do have 5 sets ready to go (including mine) once they're back. Because they are long and thin and for those who have ordered Skyer pieces before, we are very picky about quality and packging.

A little help from those who have ordered from AGT, how are these packaged to prevent the extensions from bending and breaking during transportation? Which carrier do they use when you receives them?

A little insight will help us to get the shipping quote done quicker and post the GB. If you still have some packaging left, post a picture will be great!

Credit to Vanne and JINGLE (from Z4-forum) for the pictures.

If I recall correctly it was just wrapped in bubble wrap and then sandwiched between two pieces of stryofoam. Because of how thin the AGT pieces are there's a lot more flex in them before they break, I'd imagine that's not the case with yours which would be thicker, stronger, and more rigid (and therefore more prone to damage from bending).

In any event, the AGT pieces arrived with no cracks or damage in the styrofoam, which would give well before the skirts.

It was sent via Cyprus Post (handing over to Canada Post) and took 7 business days to arrive so whatever expediency level that is.
