FS: Sepang Bronze Z4 M Coupe in LA
Update: February 23, 2012 Car is SOLD!!! /happysad Update: January 30, 2012 Car is FOR SALE. I absolutely will sell it this time. Unfortunately, I didn't sell enough Zpost stickers to make my rent so....yeah. About the car: I purchased my M in November 2010 in Illinois and drove it back to LA. I am the third owner. The car drives great and the maintenance I've come across so far has been replacing the rear sway bar mount, the crankcase ventilation valve and a sheared bolt for the differential housing. The car will need an Inspection II done in about 1k miles. As far as exterior condition, the car is perfect except for a few rock chips around fangs and rear sideskirt. On the interior, the seats have some slight wear but really nothing more than would be expected for being a few years old. As for bragging rights...this car is 1 of only 68 M Coupes that were made in North America in Sepang Bronze and 1 of 3 that were optioned exactly like mine. Attached are some photos as well as the clean carfax. Below is the basic info, let me know if you have any questions. 2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe 5UMDU93517LM08500 ~54k miles Sepang Bronze Metallic Sepang Brown Dark Leather Carbon Leather Trim Premium Package Heated Seats Stubby Antenna Sirius Satellite Radio

Sorry to hear that. I'm so tempted to offer my 3.0i up for a trade, as a coupe would be nice. I can't justify it financially though . Plus I just drove it across the country to keep back home.

I didn't think about that, a trade + cash would work out nicely and could work with numbers to make it worthwhile. Let me know.

If it were me, I'd convert it entirely back to stock and sell all the stuff you put on it. You will get much more money that way and help out some of us who like to buy used parts. *cough*exhaust*cough*

Lol yes I can part out the exhaust. I still have the stock one. That's really all there is though besides the wheels. Everything else is no big deal.

Sorry to hear you are looking to sell, but I can fully relate to the expenses issues. Your car makes me wish I was looking for one now instead of last August as I would be all over this as it's right in line with what I was looking to spend.
Good Luck with your sale!

My last one was also a coupe but after having the 135 convertible as a loaner it did make me think about it. I figure if I can sacrifice the power that I can't use anyway on my commute for a little sun action and save some money then why not? The swap for an M roadster with cash though might work out as well and be better in the long run.

Sad to hear you might be selling. What if you just part out your aftermarket wheels and exhaust---use that money to help pay your car payments? Regardless, it's a beautiful car, and hope you stay in the BMW Z family.

I'm not leaving! I will only be selling to get another Z4
I am going to definitely sell the wheels, but it'd still be nice to just not have a payment at all, or if I traded for an M roadster + cash then at least have some extra money in the bank. I'm looking to move in a few months to be closer to work and it's really expensive where I'm looking (Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu). It'd be nice to not feel as stretched.
