A bit of UK chat?
Right, I'm new here so sorry if this isn't the done thing but:
I thought that if I try to start a random thread, then perhaps a few UK owners might start to respond, and then maybe a few more will see that there is actually some UK z4 owners on here and will start to visit this section, and then before we know it there might be some usefull conversation on here, and tips specific to UK cars and perhaps even a UK Zpost meet and maybe even a bit of friendship....... Ok maybe gone a bit to far with the last point! So, I picked up my Z4 on Monday (as my other thread in UK zpost says!) and I was just wondering how long it took other roadster owners before the novelty of having the top down as soon as the rain stops wears off. I'm obviously still in the mindset that even light rain is fair game for topless driving but i guess I'll soon change? |

Hi Acerboo,
how are you finding the new toy? have you got rid of the 335d or still got both? Not sure that the chat on here is ever really going to take off, shame really as it's a good easy going forum. Guess it's a bit of a vicious circle really, people look in and find there's nobody else here so they bugger off again. A lot more UK specific info on other zed forums but i guess someones got to try and make a start and get things going over here. |

wouldnt part with the 335d for anything!! z4 is superb goes like a ding bat and corners like its on rails. 2 slight probs though one it sounds like its pinking sometimes and two the clutch rattles when pedal not depressed.

Just trying to populate it a bit as it would be a handy place for UK specific stuff like meets etc. |

belfast,looking for z4
Hi guys im in Belfast looking hard for a z4,cash ready.Problem is i see a lot of desirable ones on the mainland uk, but transport charges put me off them.I would prefer the 3 litre of course with red leather, or cream.Lowish miles. If you could give me any tips on buying an early z4 i would appreciate that .Iv had a wide body z3 six cylinder car which i enjoyed, but i hear the z4 handling is much better .The body style of the z4 i like a lot, although the interior looks a little minimilist compared to the z3.

Hey miami.
Lots of good people on this forum who can answer any question you likely will have. There is also a UK based forum as well. https://z4-forum.com/ Good luck with your search.
