Need help regarding new tips
I've had my remus exhaust (turbo tips) for a couple of years and I think it's time for a change. Does remus sell tips only? How hard will it be to cut the tips off and weld another set of non remus tips on? thanks

What part of Texas? I have a shop that can do a perfect job. I have a remus exhaust on my car & I am not happy with the regular tips. Corsa Exhaust tips are my fav & I add them to all my cars. I thought the Remus tips were nice but after 2 months I am not happy.
My e-mail fasttoys@charter.net Dallas Texas my shop that I take all my cars to is in the mid city close to DFW airport |

not familiar with remus but i've got alot of experience with various aftermarket exhausts for my previous cars. but to answer your question, it should be a simple chop and you can buy aftermarket tips from companies like magnaflow. only thing to consider:
1. try to confirm the inlet/outlet diameter of your existing tips 2. to conform with the curvature of the rear valance, most dual tips are not going to be set evenly, one will stick out more than the other so keep that in mind when doing the chop |
