a little off topic, but whats your thoughts on Eibach vs H&R Springs? I have H&R right now and will be switching to Eibach with my Bilstein B12 kit.

B12 kit is just B6s with Eibach springs. So you have just B6s with H&R?
They are great together.

This is a fantastic price on a spring set, btw.

B12 kit content description straight from Bilstein: they are B8 dampers, NOT B6. B8 are valved/cut shorter to perfectly matched lowering springs. B6 are stated as specifically to match with OE springs. You cannot get B8 dampers separately to match with H&R springs they are kitted and partnered with Eibach. -- you can fit B6 with lowering springs, should be fine, its a compromise, but I'm too OCD for that, I need B8s

I like the additional low with H&R, the dampers provide a nicely damped ride the springs are stiff, not overly stiff. Historically the Eibachs are known to be slighty softer spring rate than H&R, but still stiffer that OE. -- H&R is known to be slightly stiffer spring rate than eibach and significantly stiffer than OE. I do not know the actual rates.

Well, right now my car has stock shocks with H&R lowering springs. I just bought the B12 Bilstein kit which has Eibach springs, and I'm wondering if I should use the Eibachs the kit came with, or use the H&R's that are already on the car. Either way, once installed, I'll have a set of springs for sale lol. Glad you sold yours

Right now I find it rides harsh, so I might use the Eibachs if they're a softer ride. I don't race or track this car, its a daily driver. Thanks for your comparison of both.

Yeah should not pair stock shocks with H&R it compresses the dampers beyond their normal rate of travel, thus creating the harsher ride. Also why i wanted B8 dampers specifically not B6. I never rode on the eibachs and I can bet they'll be better for your daily driving. And ride height will be better. I don't daily mine so I need low and tight for backroad bombing
