Many of the Z's here are lowered. If you're rubbing that means you're most likely using the wrong rim size (width/offset) or too tall of a tire. Try dialing in some negative camber, that might help.

I have 235/40/18 on 8.5 et 35 with zero rubbing
You are a fair bit lower than me though. What is your camber set to? Take a photo from low down from the rear along the side so we can see the set up.

You are running stock tire sizes for the OEM Z4 staggered setup from 2003, but your wheel widths and offsets are different. Compared to OEM, your rear wheels have 11mm more clearance to the strut housing and extend an extra 23mm on the outside of the wheel. Your front wheels have 12mm more clearance to the strut housing and extend an extra 12mm on the outside of the wheel, which is the same as using a 12mm spacer and shouldn't cause rubbing. Let us know what you find out w/the camber/toe.

I was just thinking, the 03 is getting up there with mileage so your OEM shocks could be shot too. I think we all assumed you upgraded to firmer shocks when you got your H&R springs, but just wanted to throw that out there.
