Vibra Technics to BimmerWorld Motor Mounts

Ordered the ROAD Vibra Technic motor mounts today. I already have the Rouge Engineering Tranny mounts installed - they improved the overall shifting but didn't do much to smooth the 2nd gear transitions. I hope in combination with the VT-motor mounts the 2nd gear transitions will be smoothened out - seems like most of you are confirming this,

Any installation guidance on the Motor Mounts as I will be DIY?
I have a QuickJack that will make the job easier

Can someone identify the bolts I should replace?
