is this a fair price for a 2997 Z4?

I have been shoping around for a good used Z4 and came accross this one which fills all of my requirements but just want a sanity check on the price in case my "lust goggles" have me blinded.

2007 Alpine White
3.0i
Manual
Zenon
Black interior
Black top
Premium package
Sport Package
50k miles.

Asking price is 19k and it is in excellent condition showing only one owner since new.

Really like the car but it right at the top if not a little over my limit I wanted to spend. Am I ok with paying this for the car???not looking for permission but just a sanity check..

Looking at what's available on eBay, that price seems good. Most of the ones out there that are equipped the same are around $25k (although they seem to have less miles).

The price is OK. I have seen (and you can see on Autotrader) a number of 07 3.0i's with lower miles for around $20K. The reason I mention that is that an 07 with less than 50K is likely to have some original warranty left - which is nice to have.
