Trouble removing forward console
Hello fellow Z lovers. I am trying to remove the center console around the shifter and e brake.
I have removed the two rear screws on the side, the ones under the knee pads, and removed the front top switch panel but the console seems still attached. Any screws that I am missing? Thanks -

Can't remember how many screw under the knee pads. Did you get the 2, one either side that holds the rear console in place?

Yeah it looks simple, but isnt for me. I can't get the shift knob off
and after removing all 4 screws plus the front switch panel it feels like its still held in by something else. I think the car they are doing that DIY on is older than mine and I don't know if its different. In figure 26 it says to remove the "rear vent trim panel" and I don't know what that is. At the top it shows the DIY is for years 2003-2006 and mine is a 2007 model. https://www.pelicanparts.com/techart...eplacement.htm -

Thanks. I got it. The big trick was pulling rearward and not upward.
