I don't believe the term "Indian" is politically correct anymore.....I suspect something more along the lines of First Nations Summer or Aboriginal Summer is more politically correct......

Enjoy the blast, I may take the Bug out for a tear this afternoon too.

I googled the term before using it lol. A period of unseasonably warm, dry weather in autumn...

We just moved from Niagara to just outside of Kingston, I am now literally a few hundred yards from great country roads, lots of pretty scenery and twisty bits, back roads with very little traffic. What a refreshing change from the flat straight stuff in Niagara.

I used to go there years and years ago before it was discovered. Even had a few TSD rally events north of there. That hairpin turn by the tracks were awesome for McRae wannabes. Are the little antique store and cafe still there?
By the time I moved out of GTA, Forks became quite busy with bikers and other cars to the point it's fishing in the barrel for OPP.

Great place to visit in the Fall.

We just had our first winter storm blow in this past weekend. Temps were in the 50s, pouring rain off and on all weekend, snow in the mountains, and winds up to 30 MPH. A small group of BMW enthusiasts had scheduled a drive, but that got rescheduled to next weekend.

Cold temps are forecast this week, in the 60s, but next weekend should be in the 70's and sunny.

Did I forget to mention that I live in San Diego?

Amazing drive out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Can't ask for anything more in November.

SD, Canadians are in shorts n tee shirts, arms out the window top down in 50's.

Yeah, it was 47 this morning when I took out the trash bin. I put a jacket on over my sweats.
