WTB 3.0si coupe or roadster - 6-speed

Hi, I'm looking for a 3.0si coupe or roadster with a manual. I prefer coupe but the 6-speed is a requirement. I am not super picky on colors.

Budget is 16k~. I'm in KS but will fly/drive home just about anywhere for the right car. Would prefer under 100k miles.

PM me if you are thinking of selling or know anyone who is!

Thanks!

WTH? OEM blue interior (leather and trim)? Did BMW do individuals on the si cars? Never seen a blue interior.

Regardless - that's NOT a 16k car.......

I'm about to put my 2003 3.0 6-speed with 92k up for sale. Not exactly what you're looking for, but pretty close. Only mods are 19's, front strut bar, and an aux cable for the stereo. Silver exterior, black interior, brushed aluminum trim. Great condition overall, beautiful paint and top, everything works.

that is pretty sweet, but I don't know about that interior. plus if I'm spending that much, I would probably opt for a Z4M instead haha.

Not my car just trying to help someone out. In the comments seller states it’s a custom interior. And I did let know buyer it’s more than $16k probably as seller hasn’t stated selling price.

I saw a 3.0si coupe pop up in Austin actually... really considering it, it's 10 hours from me. Is a PPI a must? I read that the water pumps tend to pop randomly, and a PPI won't even tell you if they're at the end of the line?

It's got 78k miles

Interesting - where'd you see it?

78k miles isn't too bad - lots of life left at that age. If it was me, I'd get a PPI done although I don't know that they can spot a water pump that's getting ready to go.

Finding a stick in a coupe is pretty rare - ask me how I know.......

Found my unicorn, flying into Dallas TX to pick it up today. The car was located in Austin but the owner graciously agreed to meet me in Dallas, since it's a lot easier logistically flying into Dallas.

It's a 2008 3.0si manual coupe, with about 77k miles, completely stock. It has sport seats (per the VIN decoder) and it definitely has the sport suspension button.

It’s a sport throttle/steering button. Suspension is conventional.

Congratulations! You found a great car.

Hah, you're right, I am used to newer cars with adjustable suspension.
