Green mold on headlight plug

Hello! I was in the middle of replacing one of my headlights with a brand new one and one of the plugs is covered in green mold, is this something you can wash away and it'll be fine or do I need to replace the plug/wiring loom?

Cheers

I would spray it with something containing bleach and then wait a min or so and then scrub with a nail brush. Clean off.... Then spray with electrical cleaner to finish up.
