Red w Black leather interior 2006 BMW Z4M roadster. Good condition. approx 35k miles and rising.

CPO warranty until July 2012 or 100k, extended BMW maintenance until July 2012 or 100k ($2k+, bought July 2010. brake pad/rotors replacement costs upside of $1500. The maintenance covers everything).

all original manuals, extra mats, both original keys.

Comes with all extras - Nav, Sirius, wind deflector etc.
New rear tires.
Added stealth radar detector and laser interceptor on a brand new BMW auto dimming rear view mirror. (professionally installed)
Garage kept throughout life of the car.
Second owner, First owner was a close acquaintance.
I already have picked out the car that I want, if there is no interest, will be trading the car in soon.

Bump. I have been offered 23,000 by carmax + tax break ($1400-$1500) when i buy my replacement car after trade in.
I would much rather give the car to somebody here for $25,000 than give it to carmax. I apparently have another 7 days to accept/reject their offer. Can provide documentation as proof.

As an aside, is it possible to get a refund on the extended service? I know the CPO premium is lost but it might be nice to get some money back on the extended service since carmax doesnt care anyways.....

Sell your car private party. They do care about the extended warranty it about $3000 more that they will ask. What do you want to buy.

Check out Autotrader "Trade-In" Service. Similar to carmax, but they offered me $1500 more than carmax.
