I'm switching to piano black and will either be selling or offering trade cash once I figure out if I need wood or aluminum. Will know by tuesday how much it'll cost to do.

But posting now to give heads up/get a guaranteed sale. PM me offers, willing to ship at buyers expense.

I switched out my aluminum for the carbon leather, and it's pretty easy actually. You have to remove the radio, etc., but big deal. The biggest problem I had was on the passengers side, far right. There's this weird clip where you dont have much room to get at, which holds the piece on. If I remember right, you have to squeeze the clamp together and twist at the same time. Once you figure it out, it's obvious, but for me, 1/2 of the time I took installing everything was trying to figure out how to work the clip.

I have wood trim and it is what you need to start with to get a black piano finish. My car might be getting sold but if it doesnt go through I have someone to do the painting as well. Is your trim in perfect shape? Mine doesn't have a mark anywhere.

Will be needing Aluminum trim. Looks like the job is going to be $600-700 to get it done right. So either a trade and $ or $ to cover getting aluminum trim and the job.

Just to Clarify, you are asking 600-700 + AL trim?

or

cost of AL trim + 600-700?

Yes. I'll have an exact figure Monday but from another forum members post I'm guessing on $700.
