My Friend Coupe totaled
My Friend Coupe was totaled yesterday (GTA Bathurst and Rutherford), old lady was driving on red light, when cop came he give ticket to my friend for the careless driving, although he was going on the green light. Too bad that was used to be my first coupe back in 2010, guy was saying I will never sell this baby and keep till end on her days.

However, never take this as the end of the matter, you get a chance in court to prove your innocence and make him or her look foolish. In fact in many cases, they (police) withdraw before the court date when they know you are innocent or in the face of evidence. Get traffic cctv evidence where possible. Always use a car cam especially with an attractive car like a Z, never mind a Z4M. Tell him (your pal) Go to court and fight! Good luck to him. |

As the cost to replace a Z4MC is somewhere north of $30K US, plus extra costs if your friend has to import the car from the US, I'd consider getting a lawyer involved.

Regrettably part of the process....
The time, emotion, energy, money to pursue litigation.

Glad it worked out. You always have to fight with the insurance company to get full value of your car. |
