Finally picked up and installed some Strong-Strut braces, and they look freaking amazing. I don't even care if they don't actually improve torsional rigidity one bit, they look that awesome in the engine bay.

I hesitated on the braces for a long time because of the price, but as soon as I pulled them out of the shipping box, I knew I'd made the right choice. Quality craftsmanship, and they look soooooo good.

So, are you affiliated with Skyer? I've been absent from here for a while, obviously, since I had to create a new account, hahaha.

I'm definitely planning on adding a CF radiator cover at some point, but getting ahold of some side blades is a much higher priority at this point. But since they aren't currently available, my next CF purchase will likely be a Skyer rear spoiler to replace the OEM style one I've had for years from Tekarbon that is falling apart.

But, to diverge, I replaced my old, non-functional ellipsoid shaped interior mirror with a new (to me) functional one with a more coupe-appropriate shape! Took all of five minutes, I should have done this a long time ago. It might be used (got it from eBay) but it's in great shape, and only cost $160 vs the new price of nearly $700.

My original coupe had the oval-shaped mirror, which also appeared in the E46 M3 and E39 M5. While being sort of cool as an exclusive M-car part, it was definitely shipped oddly for all of those applications. My current coupe has the trapezoid-shaped mirror like yours, and it is indeed shaped more like the rear window and I now prefer it.

For anyone with a non-functional mirror, don't ever pay for a new one or even an overpriced used one - just get yours fixed, or if you want to swap types, find a leaky one on Ebay for cheap, then have it fixed for $99 with a newer, non-leaking (cuz no liquid) mirror from radar-mirror.com or others who do this fix, and never worry about it again.

The 2nd last coupe spoiler just got sold to Finland minutes ago. (1 last one left)

I started Skyer from this forum so I always give forum member the best deal possible.

With this pandemic that we are facing now, I really don't want to keep stock unless running another pre-launch or group buy format for new products.

The last set of side blades are also picked up by a forum member here.

We are going through tough times but we will keep on developing new products (diffuser & front lip) for this chassis but won't keep stock outside of group buy and pre-launches.

Thanks for all your support.. Stay safe guys..

No, I bought it from my brother-in-law with 214k miles on it. It sat for a couple of years as he is in the service and stationed overseas. He decided to sell it so I jumped at the chance. He was very diligent about routine maintenance and had the oil changed every 7500 miles with liqui-moly plus mos2. I have all the maintenance records since new.

It needed some bigger ticket items replaced when I bought it, e.g., suspension refresh, EPS module, airbag module, and a few others. I do my own work so I fixed this stuff at a fraction of what it would’ve cost at a dealer or shop.

Seriously, it runs and drives like new car.

Added a sport mode button and re-programmed my car to enable this option. Did this because I want the better throttle response.

Bought and installed some new batteries for my fobs.

Also, in case anyone cares, this is what Krylon Fusion All-In-One Satin Black looks like compared to the stock finish (this is a brand new part).

Didn't buy it this week but finally installed the Grom BT3 I bought a couple months back. I didn't wire in the mic so I'll probably kick myself later. That said, I installed it in the boot and hadn't looked into good ways to run the mic out beforehand.

Wheels look great. Did the 359's bolt right up, or require spacers? I have a set that I am running as winter wheels on my other car, but plan to eventually use on the Z4M.

Decided to replace my front calipers, since the original ones started sticking and were in need of a refresh. Decided to paint the front and back calipers while I was at it.

DA polisher

Bought a DA polisher. First time using one of these. Watched a few vids to learn the basic techniques. It’s actually pretty easy. Used Turtle Wax hybrid ceramic on both my Z4 and my wife’s X1. I think they turned out well for a first go at this.
