Fog lights won't come on?
Does anyone know how to tell why the fog lights won't work. I thought if bulbs were blown it would throw an error code. This is an 2006 Z4. When I push the button the green indicator comes on but the lights don't light up?
Finally got my hands on the vehicle it was about what I would expect for 2006 model but I can see several issues that are going to have to be addressed, fog lights being one of them. Thanks |

I assume you have the light switch turned to the parking light or headlight position

Yes I tried all different positions and it makes no difference. I see other post about dogs not working but they all reference the dash indicator being out as well. My green light comes on but the fogs don't. If bulbs were blown wouldn't I get some sort of indicator error on the dash?

Someone could have coded the error checks for the bulbs. Read the coding for the fogs and see what they're set to. Put a DVM on the wires at the bulbs and see if you have power there
