Z4M Rear Spash Shield/Diffuser ID Needed

I am new owner of a 2007 Z4M with lots of mods but also missing a few things. Can someone identify this under panel that helps cool diff. I have 4:10 gears.

Reinforcement plate part number 51 717 016 939

For the metal bits in front of the diff, including the plate with NACA ducts:

Whoever the inmate was that stamped that vanity plate needs to learn how to center the lettering!

Actually, it's whoever fill out the vanity plate form needs to learn how to fill out the form - the letters are placed according to where/how the boxes are filled since not everyone wants the letters to be at the center of the plate.
